Due to the high demand of the some items as listed on Puncer.com in protection against COVID-19, we may delay some of the shipments.

Taking into account the custom and border checks and the current Pandemic Situation of Coronavirus, items which are shipped to United States, Canada, United Kingdom and to European Zones, may be slightly delayed 

As of now all the items are being delivered successfully however, some of the items are still slightly delayed by the border checks.

We do understand your expectations from us as a company and we do our best to deliver you items as soon as possible however the current situation in the world in fact affected to all of us.

We kindly expect your patience and your understanding.

Refund Policy

We do our best to deliver the parcels on time and 95% of shipments have been successfully delivered in 2018-2019 as per the statistics of Aftership/Puncer.com

In fact, some of the times the items can be delayed and this could happen due to some reasons such as delayed logistics, custom clearances, custom delays, border controls and so on. Therefore we expect from our customers a kind patience for the item's delivery.

However, the best thing about us is: In any case, if the buyer does not receive the item that are deemed to be delivered then the buyer is more than welcome to contact us for refund and we will be more than happy to refund you payment or send you new one and in both scenario you will be able to keep the initially sent item with yourself at no cost and no return is required.

DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. 

All orders will take approximately 3-5 business days to process. Delivery within the United States takes approximately 12-25 business days after processing, while international delivery takes approximately 14-30 business days to carry out as well. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at info@puncer.com as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY

Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to info@puncer.com. If the case is deemed valid, Puncer will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement.

If buyers request product return for reasons other than manufacturing defects, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.

Changes on Orders

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.

Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are placed.
